No juniors on your project
"Only experts" is easy to say and hard to check. So instead of a promise, here are the rules we write into the contract.
At least 5 years of hands-on experience
Every person, no exceptions. That includes larger teams, where it would be easiest to fill a seat with someone cheaper.
Profiles before you sign
We share profiles: years in the field, certifications, types of past projects and the scope of their work for you.
The team named in the contract
You know who works in your systems. We write the team into the contract together with the scope and acceptance criteria.
KRK certificates for entities in Poland
Under NIS2 in Poland (the KSC Act), anyone who will do work under Article 8 or 11 at an essential or important entity must first give that entity a certificate from the Polish National Criminal Register (KRK) showing no convictions for offenses against the protection of information (Article 8f). Our specialists have theirs ready before day one.

Questions about specialists on your project
How long can we have a specialist?
As long as the scope lasts. We start with one task for 4 to 6 weeks, then extend by further tasks, not by more months without a goal.
Who is responsible for the result?
The contract describes the task, acceptance criteria, the team and who on your side makes decisions in your systems. The specialist works in your processes and under your access rules, and the person on our side who agreed the scope stays accountable for the result to the end.
Can we meet the people before they start?
Yes. You get profiles before you sign, and on request we set up a call before they start. The team is named in the contract.
Is this recruitment or temp staffing?
No. We don't find candidates for permanent roles and we don't rent out people without a scope. We provide senior people from the areas we work in ourselves, for a task with acceptance criteria.
Can your specialists work for an entity covered by NIS2 in Poland?
Yes. Under the KSC Act, people doing work under Article 8 or 11 at essential and important entities must provide a certificate from the Polish National Criminal Register (KRK) before they start (Article 8f, as of 24 September 2026, Dz.U. 2026 item 252). We deliver it together with the profiles.
